Annie's background as an artist and jewelry designer paired with a lifelong appreciation of interiors and use of space has transferred nicely into this role. Beginning with pencil on graph paper, she conceptualizes the entire layout from an aerial perspective, then focuses in more closely on kitchen design, window placement, space planning, furniture placement, etc. She procures all fixtures, tile, cabinetry & finishes and stages each home at completion. After taking a class with the Healthy Materials Lab through Parsons School of Design, Annie became passionate about incorporating healthier building materials into each project. When she's not working, she's almost certainly at the thrift store.
